While we take every precaution and provide trained staff and medical equipment, AS Ambulance Service is not liable for medical outcomes, patient condition, or treatment decisions made before, during, or after transportation.
A booking is considered confirmed when:
Service request is accepted via call, WhatsApp, or website, and
Pickup details are shared and confirmed.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information to avoid delays.
Service charges depend on distance, ambulance type, and medical equipment required.
Final charges will be informed at the time of booking.
Payment may be required in advance or immediately after service completion.
We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.
Cancellations must be informed as early as possible.
If an ambulance has already been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.
You agree to use our services only for lawful and genuine medical transport purposes. Misuse, false bookings, or prank calls may lead to refusal of service and legal action if required.
AS Ambulance Service is not responsible for delays caused by:
Traffic congestion
Natural disasters
Road blocks or government restrictions
Unforeseen mechanical issues
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
